Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Erect, align, and secure structural steel components
- Perform rigging, hoisting, and signaling operations
- Bolt, weld, and connect steel framework safely and accurately
- Install metal decking, bar joists, and other structural components
- Inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards
- Maintain compliance with all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Ironworker
- Strong knowledge of structural steel erection and rigging techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Proficient in using ironworking tools and equipment
- Valid certifications (OSHA 10/30, rigging, welding) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Valid Driver's License
Work Environment
- Outdoor construction setting with exposure to varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding role requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits
