Key Responsibilities
- Assist ironworkers with the erection and installation of structural steel components
- Help with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools
- Perform basic rigging and signaling under supervision
- Assist with bolting, connecting, and securing steel framework
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations
- Support general labor tasks as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous construction or industrial experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn ironworking skills and techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Valid OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver's License

- Outdoor construction setting with exposure to varying weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits
